I use 6 frozen white grape juice,
14 cups of sugar,
140 OZ of skittles.
6 gallons.

TOO much sugar.
I racked and topped of with homemade white mascat symphony sauvignon blac wine.

After it cleared, I racked and tasted it. STRONG!!!!!!
What should I top off with?
It doesn't have a bad taste but it's too strong of a taste for me.
Thanks,

You may want to check out the BIG skittles thread...

But as for where you're at with this one; it does sound like you quite oversugared your must. You might say it's a capital chaptilization.(bad joke?)
If you used pure concentrate for the juice, I can see why it would be overpowering. You may want to make 12 instead of 6 gallons, and just split it then add more conventional faire to it.

Ps- by the ratio I used of skittles for a one gallon vintage, to make your six gallons I would have used closer to 72oz of skittles, while the frozen concentrate and sugar are actually pretty close to my recipe ratio.
