    1/4 tsp kmeta per 6 gallons, potassium sorbate it depends on where you got it.

    I say that because my old potassium sorbate said 1/4 tsp per gallon, my new says 3/4 tsp per gallon

    Are you not afraid the apple juice will take away some of the strawberry flavor?

    No. Apple juice is light in flavor, 3 gallons in 13.5 gallons is not much and I left it on the strawberries until there was almost nothing left.

    Thanks, I will have to try that on my next batch, maybe blueberry, they are coming in, big time right now.
