I finished a kit wine doing what the instructions said to do and was waiting for it to clear and it started going again. what do you make of that.
 
are you sure it is fermenting again? Something like that happened to me - after I stabilize - it started to bubble again.
It turned out to be a change in temperature/air pressure.

Strawberry Merlot...presumably the Orchard Breezin one. (Folks, it makes it easier if you mention exactly what you are making.)

You also haven't mentioned why you think it has started again.

Two bags of Potassium Sorbate come with this kit (packages labelled 2B). Both should be added prior to the small foil pouch. If you didn't add the sorbate, the remaining yeast will start working on the flavour pouch.

If you did add the sorbate, and are seeing a small amount of activity in the airlock, this is probably just CO2 outgassing. Possibly as Abby mentioned.
