Hi everyone, newbie here.
I'm not sure hot to call this stuff - strange membrane on top of my already fermented wine from Lithuanian (north europe) red grapes in late autumn.
After fermentation ended it was left for ~1.5 month unattended to sit in this plastic 6 gal. carboy, which had 1inch of space between wine and carboy cover, but was air locked.
Smell is the same like from other identical batch, which was not having this issue.
Any ideas would be very appreciated, thanks
