Hey all,

I just pitched the yeast on an Eclipse Stags Leap District Merlot kit 2 nights ago, and fermentation has kicked into high gear. I was just curious how often you guys stir your must on high end kits that have grape skins?

A couple times a day is sufficient, more if you’re around and like to do it.
