So I am stirring my wine tonight.
It is the winexpert kit, chilean merlot.
My drilled died and my wine still tastes a little carbonated.

I am planning on stirring more tomorrow. Should I top off now or wait until tomorrow after I stir?? :d

If its not causing a big foam up now when degassing then you can top up some but do leave some room in there if you still want to do more.
