Still fermenting?

I started two Beaverdale kits, one a Sauv Blanc on the 2nd Feb and a Chateaux Du Roix on the 3d. The SB stopped bubbling Friday 19th the CDR stopped on the Mon 22nd. I racked the SB on Tues 23d and added the stabiliser. I racked the CDR on Thurs 25th and added the stabiliser. As per the instructions I have shaken the gallon demijons regularly to aid removing the CO2 gas. Today I noticed both have started bubbling again. The SB about once a minute and the CDR once every 30 seconds. Is this the CO2 escaping or have they started fermenting again? I don't remember any of this happening when I last made wine but that was a long time ago.
 
Thanks. Yes temps are sitting between 3'c at night and maybe 8'c on a good day.
