Steamer for barrel cleaning?

Wife was at GoodWill and grabbed a steamer (brand new in the box) for only $8.

im not very familiar with steam cleaning/sanitizing barrels but was wondering if this would be sufficient? Produces a nice powerful steady blast. Think this could get the job done for small barrels? (I have a 30L and 50L)

The unit looks small, what is the wattage?
Steam is concentrated heat, if the wattage can heat the barrel to 205 or even 210 F before you get tired of holding it you are fine
