Has anyone successfully steam-juiced pumpkins?

I have 36 pounds of peeled and cubed pumpkin flesh in the freezer that I plan on starting this weekend.
 
I have not. I dont think it will produce much. What I would do is bake it @ 350* for 30 or so min (till soft) then add that to a straining bag with Pectic enzyme.
 
And.... after this....

Roast it before you scrape it and put it in the freezer. Peeling those babies is TOUGH!!

Just cut them in half, quarters, chunks... doesn't really matter...

Bake and then scrape out the good stuff.

It's a good thing to do on a cold day when you need to heat the house in the fall.
