The least expensive shower steam unit I can locate is about $750, not including any hose or brain trust to fabricate for my purposes. At that point, I’m better getting one of these:

I've already suggested a sealable pot with water in it, fire under it, and a hose to handle the steam. Here's another idea...........



Heat and water make steam, you don't need to buy expensive equipment to make steam.

I'm not necessarily recommending this, just pointing out that this type of device is available. Keep in mind that equipment like this from unknown manufacturers has very few specifications, materials of construction aren't listed, typically not tested or listed by any agencies UL etc., if it burns up or blows up it's on the buyer.
