Spotted Lanternflies causing the issue, or something else?

I've had an issue recently with my Pinot noir grapevines. They were healthy up until a few weeks ago. Ironically and coincidentally I've started seeing the spotted Lanternflies recently that made their way from China. They've been a big problem here in Pennsylvania causing devastating effects to crops. I'm leaning towards them being the issue unless I'm wrong and it's something else causing the issue. You can even see one of the critters in the one photo walking up the vine.
