The wine in the secondary is reading 1.063. We are getting bubbles so it is fermenting but the reading seems awfully high.HELP!
 
You can not get a good reading when the wine is fermenting.
CO2 gasses will stick to the hydrometer and push it up
and will therefore give a false reading.

So before taking a reading take 200 ml of must
boil it for at least 10 minutes.
Then add water until the level is again 200 ml.
And then take another reaeding.

The alcohol would be evaporated, the yeast died
and the CO2 dissappeared. And therefore the reading
would be correct.

Then come back and tell us what the problem is.

You can help yourself by providing us with some info. Dates, temps, original sg, recipe.

By the minimum of info you have provided, I only have one comment...be patient.
