My batch is at 1.00p maybe .999 . Im going to check it in a few day and make sure its good.
Any issue with adding sparkolloid right to the primary bucket? Figured my rack to carboy will be better and clearer.

I suppose you could add in in primary, but it won't clear until the wine is degassed. The CO2 keeps the sediment in suspension.

Ah, ok. Was trying to safe steps. Ill check it this weekend and rack it off.
