I have triple berry Dragon Blood that is clear and ready for bottling. I started it 07.14 and when transferring to secondary around 07.25 ( I don’t have my notes with me) I added kmeta sorbets and backsweetened it. It’s almost 2 months so do I have to add kmeta again only because I bottle it? It’s around 14.5% ABV.

Do you have to, no. Not much you have to do. It's certainly your choice.

Should you, probably. General rule of thumb is to add 1/4 tsp / 6 gallons of wine every three months. You are at 2 months and about to do the step that lets probably the most air get at your wine. If it were me, I would want the maximum protection for oxidation I could have.

I always add kmeta at bottling time, since I don't always know how long it will be before the wine is consumed. The racking/bottling process introduces some air and the additional kmeta protects against that exposure.
