I normally shoot for a ph of 3.4 to 3.6 on my SP.
3.2 is not that far off. How old are those ph strips?
I have a SP that is in the stabilization stage right now with a ph of 3.44.
Let it sit for a few days as you mentioned and see if it starts back up.
