So, I made a trip down to the Italian market on Friday. It was just an excuse to spend time with my younger brother.

He then asked to go to the Hungarian center of meat (actual name of the place). I jumped at the idea.

This shop is the only place I know that comes close to the Hungarian kabassi that dad used to make from time to time. It was a bit soft and moist, so I have it hanging up in my winery. Damn! The smell is awesome!

I also hung up the saprisetto that bought at the Italian market! IMG_20171225_215847.jpg
