Shelf Life & Storage

Hi All - Im not sure if this has been done before but does someone know the shelf life and How to store the following:

Pectic Enzyme
K -Meta
S - Meta
Yeast Nutrient
Wine Yeast - Usually Printed on Package / Refrigerated.
Acid Blend
Asorbic Acid

anything else I am missing? Perhaps this will help others with the same questions.

Anything in powder form should be good for 1-2 years easy.
Yeast is another story. They have a shelf life. Look on the package to see how long.

If your pectic enzyme is in liquid form replace it yearly. One small bottle will handle @25 six gallon batches of wine. Thank goodness I haven't gotten to the point where I need two bottles a year.
