The guy who owns a local eyewear store. He mentioned he used to make vinegar. I bought him a bottle of DB. He said he wanted me to show him how to make wine... so this morning I thaw out 12# of 3 berry mix. We go step by step through the recipe. He had some strange ideas about how things work. IE the longer you age a wine, the more alcohol it would make... sorry Grasshopper, it's the fermentables. Anyway we had an enjoyable afternoon. And sampled
