Just racked and stablized and tasted very bitter and fuzzy on the tonge way to much acid I guess this will take forever to be drinkable.:m

Did you test your acid? You should so you know how high it is. You can lower the acid with potassium bicarobnate and cold stablization.
 
I don't see why not, that should work. Be advised that the grape concentrate will alter the flavor of the scuppernogs.
 
Well after stablizing and added clearing agent not so bad like body but has a very good scuppernong smell. Any ideas how to make it a little better at this point with out taking away from the scuppernong taste..
 
Letting it age is probably your best bet at this point.
