Saying Hello from the UK

Hello to all readers, I'm Steve and been making home made wine for the past 15 years or so, having lots of success and one or two total mishaps on the way.

Making small amounts and bottling about gallon(5 and half bottles) each week, you name it...I've made it.

Currently, just making up a Rhubarb and Ginger wine, should be ready in 3 month and about 1 week to consume with the friends that I have.
Hoping to still learn and also to help others with their issues.

Am curious to hear more about the flavors you have produced. It helps in searching for ideas when I get a weird notion like trying a “pine needle wine” or “black locust flower wine”
