Roll out the Barrel (Of House Wine)

Well, we've decided that the first use for our new barrel is to impart some oak onto a Sangiovese that we've had aging for a few months....and it'll probably become the House Wine.

We just gotta work on that drip.....hmmmm, perhaps a wine glass under it instead of a dish????
