.998. 6/7/21. Racked debased and clarified. Will bottle 7/9/21. 13 . 5 % and dry. Nice flavor for not even bottled yet. Can’t wait for a year from July

Not much bulk aging, lots of bottle aging & no oaking -- is this your typical protocol for a Red (or this kinda Red)? [Again...questions from a relatively new vino maker -- as I try to sort out my protocol(s) for various types.)

Cheers!

GOOD PLAN, Zante's actually add a slightly different flavor than raisin, both also add tannins although in a small amount , both add structure to the over all body and taste.

I've never bulk aged, just bottles incase I wanted a taste as theyvwent along their marry way.
