Racked my LE RJS Austrailian Bush Vine Grenache, very good taste, but lacking the long finish I expected. Hopefully it will develop nicely over the next year, has anyone else here done this one? What are your thoughts?
I've got 2 of them, but they are bulk aging. They will probably come out of bulk aging around Feb or March 2008. After that, I'll filter, rest them for 1 month, then bottle. Tasting will commence 6 months from that. Initial tastes right after racking for bulk was very promising.
