Riesling

Feeling a little more relaxed with my Riesling (juice bucket from Luva Bella's) checked the sg 1.040 so it is fermenting,,temp is around 68. I read that white's should be kept at a cooler temp. so I turned off the extra heater downstairs. Stirred it this morning and saw the little bubbles of happy yeasties,,,that sight and the readings made me a happy camper today!

Any input on doing a Riesling,,,would be welcomed! This is my first juice bucket, have done some kits, and made some fruit wines this year, but this is my first real grape wine and one of my favorites. I don't want to mess it up.

I think you are going in the right direction, slow and easy. Just keep an eye on it and let it slowing ferment away.
