All the studies about the health effects of drinking are interesting, but it gets confusing if you try to decide whether it is healthier to drink moderately or not at all.

I decided it was better for my mental health to say screw it and drink because I like it!

Good article but I dont believe what they say about much anymore as tomorrow they will change their mind and say the opposite. I drink because I like to no matter what anyone says!
