Hey, all,
I used sparkolloid to help clarify some made-from-scratch strawberry wine. This resulted in some EXTREMELY FINE sediment that apparently clouded the wine after the slighted agitation during bottling. Consequently, nearly every one of my 22 bottles has some very fine, yet obvious, sediment at the bottom.
What do you suggest? Should I ignore it or re-bottle? I don't even think filtration would help because the stuff is so extremely fine (in fact, I passed all of it through a medium filter prior to bottling).

The wine is gorgeous, it's a shame it's tainted with this junk.

Just decant it prior to consumption or pour it carefully into a glass. If it is for your own consumption; well who cares. Next time let it settle and rack it differently.
