Interesting article.

Previous studies have shown very few people are actually sensitive to sulfites, the usual fall guy.

Agree. my wife spotted the article and was reading it out and I was fully expecting her to mention the sulphite argument. Although equally it’s no great surprise that aldehydes are the issue.
