I'm in Seattle area Pacific North West. Not a lot of sun of course, lots of moisture. My neighbor has some grapes that are trellised and doing terrific. The wine they make has been a challenge. I'd like something easier and darker. Any suggestions? Thanks! Oh, and where to get them. I heard I should plant new vines early spring, lots of water.

I’m a Midwest grape grower. You should check your local wineries and vineyards and find out what they consider easy to grow. Go to a smaller vineyard and ask to speak with the owner or manager. Now is a good time because harvest is over. Good luck.
