I intended to make cranberry wine but I failed out crushing them.
Anyone have any known methods that work for squeezing the fruits out such as strawberry and cranberry.

Thanks...

1st FREEZE the fruit. Then thaw and add water to what you want to make and then add Pectic Enzyme. then sugar to 1.085.
The P/E will break down the cell walls and extract the juices. (Add the fruit in a straining bag)

Indeed first freeze. Then thaw.

Then a potato masher does wonders.

As the last step: pectic enzymes.
