The hand sheers are Fiskars One secretary. The old model. I do not think they offer this in the USA anymore, but some "upgraded" version.

The ones I have are great. I have had mine for over 15 years and still work wonderful (and I have tried other sheers, Fiskars included, and was disappointed and so still go back to this model .. the perfect design).

I bought mine in Switzerland many years ago. But here is one source now locally to me in Hungary (and to see a photo):

Great!!

But do note, they are green cutters. Not dead or old dry wood cutters. They have a plastic bearing which will wear out fast if you try to cut dry wood. For old, dry wood, use an anvil cutter, not a cross cutter.
