I came across this product on Amazon. There’s actually a few types available. A jar of solution that can remove the sulphites in a glass of wine with 2-3 drops. Could be extremely useful in winemaking. anyone familiar with this? If safe then it seems like a no-brainer to have in the toolbox. IMG_6708.JPG

Good find Paul. And good for her. That’s a nice write-up. And from what I can tell the product seems legit.
Some reviews complain about suspended solids in the glass. But i think it works similar to clearing agents and grabs the sulphites on the way to the bottom. So if dosed to a carboy say, just add/stir/wait/rack, and you’ve just removed most of your So2!
I dig it.
