Product for removing So2

I came across this product on Amazon. There’s actually a few types available. A jar of solution that can remove the sulphites in a glass of wine with 2-3 drops. Could be extremely useful in winemaking. anyone familiar with this? If safe then it seems like a no-brainer to have in the toolbox.

The active ingredients for the flavorless drops include food grade hydrogen peroxide, natural powder egg whites and sunflower lecithin.

Good find Paul. And good for her. That’s a nice write-up. And from what I can tell the product seems legit.
Some reviews complain about suspended solids in the glass. But i think it works similar to clearing agents and grabs the sulphites on the way to the bottom. So if dosed to a carboy say, just add/stir/wait/rack, and you’ve just removed most of your So2!
I dig it.

But to Keep tannins intact, other products focus only on So2 like this one. Likely the one I’d purchase if going that route.

Well, yeah, but it is just hydrogen peroxide. They have that at Rite-Aid, you know!
