I have been making Dragon's Blood with Lalvin 1118. I have made some home winery fruit concentrates. They sent me Premier Cuvee to use. I like it better because the lees are much more compacted. Would this work well for Dragon's Blood? Will there be any flavor change?

Yes we have used both in making DB. We notice no flavor change. I'm sure there are other yeasts that work well also. I would just never use bread yeast though. Just those recommended for making wine. Have made about 25-26 six gal. batches of different flavors and have to say Danger Dave's Original Wyman's Triple Berry Dragon Blood recipe is my favorite.
