I added potassium Sorbate and k-meta January 15 to 3 gal wine after clearing for 6 months. I back sweetened it with some concentrate and simple sugar and let it clear again in a carboy since January. I racked it last month and I am ready to bottle. It is still a little tart so I am going to add a little more simple sugar.

Question, Do I need to add potassium Sorbate again when I add more simple sugar? It must be stabilized since it did no kick off fermentation in January. I thought I would just add a little K-meta before bottle but since I am adding more Sugar wanted to be sure.
