Hello, has anyone got a recipe for Fig wine and for pomegranate wine?

I live in Spain and there is an abundance of these fruits at this time of the year?

please visit winemaking.jackkeller.net there are a number of fruit wine recipes. Maybe none for your fruit but enough information do devise your own recipe.

Keller. His recipes are just right at 1 gallon, no extra, so that means you have no extra wine for topping off. I like to go a little over so I have some to top up and make up for racking losses.

EC Kraus. 18#/5 gallons is less fruit than Keller above. I personally would stay with more like 4#/gallon.

You can find threads here on fig wine, but "fig" is too short of a search term. You will have better luck with google: "site:winemakingtalk.com fig"

Here are some pom wine recipes:
Keller.
Wikihow.
Homebrewit.

I made a blend of fig and pomegranate once...it oxidized, not sure if it was my inexperience or if that is a problem with one or the other fruit.
