Hoping some of the commercial wineries that on here would post pics of their fermentation/aging setups :) (In lieu of taking an actual tour of their facility...)

And perhaps with any insights on what/why/how they're doing things.

Not sure how commercial my wines are :) but here are 6 new aging barrels added this vintage to the winery. Thick staves, nearly no toasting and wooden manholes built by a local cooper for long-term ageing and ease of cleaning... these are built to last 25-50 years of service. Otherwise more standard variable capacity tanks are used for fermentations and some smaller barrels also for fermenting and ageing.

Are ur variable capacity tanks mobile or stationary? Which brand(s) do you prefer?
