I began picking grapes a week ago today- the earliest ever for Hid-In-Pines Vineyard. I have been picking the early white grapes and will soon switch over to the early reds. I wish I had more help and a larger winery. LOL
Here are a few shots of some of the grapes ready to pick. The first two are St Pepin. The next two are Marquette and the last one is St Croix.

What are those dark purple grapes? Good looking.

Looks great

They look great! You must be south of us. Its too early here for Marquette yet. The brix are getting there but the PH is too high yet. We'll be looking around the end of September or early October I think.

Looks really nice. We picked our Marquette last wk-end of Aug this year. Was a weird growing year and due to circumstances we picked at 23 Brix. PH measured 3.34. I'm really excited about the wines potential.
