WineXpert Peach Apricot Chardonnay

A friend has given me an older Island Mist Peach Apricot Chardonnay kit that he had laying around. The code is 0416709 0056

I known the yeast is expired but the sugars in the f-pack have hardened.

Is this kit still do-able?

I would do it. Put the F-pack in hot water to re-liquify.

You have nothing to loose by trying but the cost of a packet of yeast and a little effort. As long as the must smells OK and has not dried up, give it a try. Good idea about re-liquifying the F pack.
