I'll be bottling in a little bit but first need to do a quick rinse on the bottles (brand new). I'm using the spring loaded bottle rinser that has the reservoir but wasn't sure what the ratio of PBW to water would be.

I would use whatever ratio you use, when you mix it up to clean with it.
After these bottles are cleaned, they will still need to be sanitized, before you fill them with wine and that is the more important step.

I don't even bother to "clean" new bottles. I rinse with really hot water (but just warm after 30+ bottles) and then sanitize using same bottle washer.
For cleansers I just fill up the bottle washer bowl or spray bottle as needed from the jug I keep my mixture in. And Always Using the ratio printed on the jar.

Well, crap..... For some reason, I thought brand new bottles only needed to be rinsed well (didn't sanitize them. 
). I used really hot water then the PBW mixture.
Looks like bottles will need to be consumed rather quickly this go around!

If you're properly sulfited, you should be fine. Live and learn.
