Cellar Craft Ownership Changes

Now that Vitality Food Services, the parent company of Cellar Craft, is being purchased by Nestle, I wonder if there will be changes at Cellar Craft?

Hmmm, think they might sell Cellar Craft to Andrew Peller (owners of Vineco, Winexpert, Wine Kitz, and Artful Winemaker). And Heron Bay (which isn't listed on their corporate web page).
