Hi to everyone. Took a hiatus from winemaking for a few years and ready to get back into it. So good to be back on here. My question is: I am currently making this Orchard Breezin kit and directions say to degas and clear on day 14. The problem is that my job is going to have me out of town until around day 20. Will my wine be ok by waiting until then ? Thanks for any help or advice.
