Oops!

I accidently put b*brite sanitizer into 5 gal of blueberry wine (less than 1/4 teaspoon), thinking I had potassium metabisulfite. I'm not an airhead, lol, simply picked up the wrong bag. Do I need to ditch the wine?

This was not the B Brite cleaner I find on a google search. The bag states sanitizer, wipe all surfaces, no rinse required.

Check your label for B-Brite and contact the vendor. assume nothing - contact the vendor for help.
