I forgot to add yeast nutrient and SG is low, is this wine still drinkable or worth trying to add nutrient if so how long do I wait? How do I know its fermenting

If it fermented to .994 without nutrients and didn’t get stinky, then it didn’t need nutrients. If your SG remains at .994 three days in a row, celebrate, you’re done!!

The wine is done fermenting at that SG. If you add nutrients, you'll feed organisms that will ruin the wine. Do not add. Get in carboy and time for aging.
