Let me add that it is standing like this for more then a month now.Make a molotov cocktail?
It could almost resemble a home harvested yeast that you've collected from a primary ferment but of course the colours are all wrong for that. I'm stumped Luc!

Now drouillp your second look deceives.....It looks like a red, yeast, olive oil stratification.
I am very curious to see what this actually is since you said it was a success!
Edit: Second look at the picture even looks like a beer, some yeast or trub layer, then a white. hmmm. interesting
