Oak water usage

I used 5-6 gallons of water to swell an oak barrel. Now I’m wondering if and what I could use it for. I thought it would be great for a kit or some wine but I don’t have anything on the books planned to make and I’m not sure how long it’ll last before spoiling.

Any ideas to preserve it or use it?
