help!!
1st attempt at home made wine ever

making a small batch pinot noir kit, from master vintner.
have followed the directions to a T, yet . . .
starting SG was low 1.072 at 76*F, corrects to 1.074
(should have been 1.080-1.095)

primary fermentation bubbling away for 4 days
slowing on day 5
had essentially stopped bubbling on day 6

primary fermentation was kept at a rock solid 74*F
(goal is 72*-77*F)

rack to secondary fermentor on day 7
SG was good, 0.996 at 74.2*F, corrects to 0.998
(goal SG is <1.010)
so I think I should be good

get busy with life and work, let secondary run a few extra days

day 23, hoping to degas
SG was 0.0996 at 69.9*F, corrects to 0.997
(goal SG is <0.995)
not quite there

crank up temp to 77
day 25, TODAY
SG is 0.994 at 75.2*F, corrects to 0.996
(goal SG is <1.010)
closer, but still not there

WHAT DO I DO??
keep waiting for the last 0.001 to fall off?
say close enough, and proceed?
