Hello all. I am pretty new to wine making and to this board. I really enjoy reading and look forward to all the help you experienced wine makers will provide :h

No prob JB. Welcome. Your question is up next. Whats it gonna be?

Lots of good info in here. Look through some of the past threads, look around the seach in here and tell us what you have or are interested in making.

Welcome ! :b
What have you made or what you PLAN on making...

I prefer sweet wines. I started about 9 months ago. I have made one grape and several muscadines (my preference). I plan on experimenting with strawberry, blueberry and possibly raspberry (all freshly picked) this spring and then alot of muscadine when they ripe.

Keep in mind it takes alot of berries to make a gallon. Like 6-8# or so. But we have time to talk about that. Some of the members make cello from berries which is basically a berry liqueur. Glad you can join us. Ask away. but don't do it here start a new thread. Keeps it better organized that way.

Look below to "forum jump", pick an area and ask away.
