Could also use 1.5 / .750 liter bottles to siphon down to.
I have an extensive collection of 375 ml, 750 ml, 1.5 l bottles and stoppers to fit them. I used to have some 3 l wine jugs, but apparently got rid of them during a move.

Figure out how many drilled bungs you need for each size bottle and buy 3 times that many. [Nope, not joking. No such thing as too many bungs or airlocks.]
 
DON'T get rubber bungs !!! Check with your supplier before you buy to make sure you are buying a synthetic bung that won't react to Alcohol or any of the basic wine chemicals.
Having a bung taint your wine is NO FUN.
 
I was just reading an article on Potassium Metabisulfite. When I racked my wine, I added the KMeta powder directly to my wine, should I have mixed it with water first then added it?
