Hi, everyone. I started brewing last spring (2018), doing a few 1 to 2-gallon batches: cider, Welch's wine, DB, ginger beer, kombucha. Then I got wrapped up in other things, but after visiting a small brewery on vacation in April, I decided to jump back in. Currently I have the following in progress:
  • Wheat beer kit, recently bottled and in conditioning
  • Cider, started with the yeast from the batch of beer
  • Cider, using a different (fresh) beer yeast
  • Blueberry/pomegranate cider using Old Orchard bb/pom FAJC (or is it fruit wine? ABV should be around 10%)
  • Vintner's Reserve Gewurztraminer kit
I also have 2 red wine kits on order, to start after the VR kit goes into aging: WE Whisky Barrel Cab/Merlot Limited Release and WE World Vineyard Australian Grenache/Shiraz/Mourvedre.

I'm looking forward to learning, experimenting, and creating some great beverages!
