Ok. That is next to try . Got to go get those things. How long can this stuff sit though without moving forward and not "spoil"?
 
I want to thank everybody for their help. That yeast Energizer with that EC champagne yeast has done the trick. I've got the kind of visible action now to where my dogs looked at the carboy with some apprehension and fear. It wasn't even close to this active when I first started it so I'll need to look into why that was. But as it stands I am back on track and I have you folks to thank for it. I promise to incorporate the seven P's in my future projects:)
 
Nice work, should be done in 5-10 days now, check sg readings and gove it a stir once or twice a day to drive off some co2 and introduce some oxygen until your sg reads 1.010, then stop stirring, let it settle till your sg reads below 1.000 ( should probly finish around 0.992-0.998)
