Yea but going to have to do some research here. The Sauv Blanc Rose' was a no brainer but...... What do you use on this guy?
I think I'd still use a yeast that does good on whites, unless you want to try D254
Think we can rule out 71B. I'm thinking GRE or W15. Might actually have some GRE at home.
Those kits are at the high end and them some.
My cab sauv rose is coming tomorrow!!! I put my order in late on FVW; waaaaay after the pre-order. It said out of stock, but they said they ordered extra and that they will ship it if they have enough......i guess they had enough!
What yeast is everyone using on the Cabernet Rosé?

I'm going to try W15. Haven't used it before though.
The words "heavy mouthfeel" are making me pause on that one!
maybe when all is said and done we can send each other a bottle even if it's a 375 for tasting to see what the different yeasts out come was "a good idea?"
I would like to try GRE but can't find it locally.
Joe are you using Red Star Pasteur Blanc or a true champagne yeast?
